Pro3Dure GR-17 series: Certified 3D printing resin for temporary and longterm provisionals
Pro3Dure GR-17 series: Certified 3D printing resin for temporary and longterm provisionals
Call IIa certified biocompatible Dental 3D printing resin designed for temporary and longterm provisional
3D Printing resin Pro3Dure GR-17 for temporary and Gr-17.1 for Longterm provisional
pro3dure´s GR-17 series resins are certified biocompatible 3D printing resins for the additive manufacturing of provisional crowns and bridges. The GR-17 temporary is indicated for provisional anterior restorations. GR-17.1 lt has convincing mechanical properties compared to conventional temporary materials with E-Modulus > 5000 MPa (according to ISO 10477: 2003) and a flexural strength of 112 MPa (ISO 4049). Due to this it can be used in an ideal way for long term temporary restorations. GR-17 and Gr-17.1 provisionals can be fixed with common temporary cements.
The resins are available in tooth colours A1, A2 and A3.
GR-17 for temporary
pro3dure´s generative resin GR-17 temporary is a resin for the generative production of temporary anterior dental restorations based on image projection systems (≤ 405 nm). The formulation of GR-17 temporary is optimized for the requirements of a robust production guaranteeing constant high quality.
The GR-17 temporary is successfully tested and Class IIa CERTIFIED for biocompatibility, certainly meets all mechanical and application demands. The material can be used forbuild processes with layer thicknesses from 50 up to 100μm.

How to use it
GR-17 temporary and GR-17.1 temporary lt bottles should be well shaked before use (fig 1) or stored on a roller.
Make sure that GR-17 temporary and GR-17.1 temporary lt material is temperature adjusted up to 23 °C to 30 °C.
Carefully pour GR-17 temporary or GR-17.1 temporary lt into the vat of the image projection unit (fig 2).
Bubbles can be removed with a cleaned spatula or by a recoater routine.
If it is possible, always store a bottle GR-17 temporary or GR-17.1 temporary lt in your production unit in order to avoid temperature differences during refilling.
For the build parameter adjustment please refer to the machine data sheet.
After the build process is finished a direct post treatment is recommended.
If this cannot be guaranteed leave the produced objects in the liquid GR-17 temporary or GR-17.1 temporary lt resin. After cleaning of the parts with isopropanole ≥ 97 % (approx. 3-5 min. in an ultrasonic bath) the objects are postcured in an adequate light curing unit in a protective gas atmosphere.
The dental objects generated out of the generative resin GR-17 temporary and GR-17.1 temporary lt can be coated and repaired as usual.
Impurity due to operation mistakes cannot be excluded. With respect to the low viscosity of the resin it is possible to filtrate the GR-17 temporary and GR-17.1 temporary lt
It is recommended to filtrate and stir up the resin on a regular base (fig 3).
To avoid bubbles let GR-17 temporary and GR-17.1 temporary lt rest for 1 hour before usage.
Important
To avoid detrimental effects on material quality do not expose the liquid material to irradiation under any circumstances.
Deviations from the described manufacturing process may lead to different mechanical and optical properties of the GR-17 temporary and GR-17.1 temporary lt material.
Ensure personal protective gear during processing.
Caution: Polymerised resins are chemically resistant - avoid stains on clothing!
Avoid any contact with skin and eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse with adequate running water, consulting a doctor if necessary.
