Harz Labs Dental Pink 3D Printing Resin
Harz Labs Dental Pink 3D Printing Resin
3D printing resin designed for demonstration models of gingiva.
3D Printing resin Harz Labs Dental Pink for dental demonstration models of gingiva.
Designed for dental demonstration models of gingiva, 3D Printing resin Harz Labs Tough, stable resin with a gum semi-transparent color.
Designed for dental demonstration models of gingiva with yellowish pink color. Tough, glossy and stable to deformations.
Dental Pink resin is PMMA-like resin, made of biocompatible raw materials, with gum semitransparent color. It has high hardness 87 Shore D and high tensile strength, stable to mechanical stress.
Recommended for printing of dental model of gum color such as Gingiva mask. Low odor and absence of harmful monomers allows to print in the laboratory, with no need for special equipment.
Product without european certification, to be used only for models.
COMPATIBLE WITH MAIN DLP/LCD 3D PRINTERS

Advantages
UNIQUE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
Very high hardness, tensile strength, abrasion and scratch resistance due to ceramic fillers.
LOW VISCOSITY
The resin has relatively low viscosity. It decreases time for levelling, easy to clean to provide maximum accuracy at minimum time.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Resin is stable to solvents, aggressive inorganic agents like acid and alkalis.
ODORLESS
Resins are odorless and cause no irritation, so you can work with natural ventilation.
LOW SHRINKAGE
Shrinkage less than 0.5% gives you the same size of the 3D model on your computer
BIOCOMPATIBLE
Produced from biocompatible raw material used in photopolymer teeth fillings. Meets the standards ISO 10993. Currently under certification process.
DURABLE
Pigments and fillers are well stabilized, no sedimentation and flocculation occur and no foam appears
Finishing Instructions
Agitate in a vat with TEK1960* solvent for 1-2 minutes to remove excess resin.
Do not soak in acetone. Do not leave the 3D part soaking in the liquid. Use a soft brush if necessary.
Clean off any excess of liquid with a cold blowdryer or compressed air.
Leave under the sun or in a UV lamp to cure. The resin is fully cured when fingernails do not leave scratch marks on the object.
Even after full post cure some parts may still have a sticky surface. You can treat your print with Ta-Tack Away. A quick wash in this special formula will add a stick-free coating on the printed part.
*We do not recommend the use of denatured or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). It is very aggressive on the polymerized resin and it could weaken the structure of the 3D part. It is also flammable and potentially harmful to people and the environment.
Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
