Designed for surgery guide modelling, Harz Labs Dental Yellow Clear is a precise, transparent, very tough, hard and odorless 3D resin. It satisfies ISO 10993 requirements.
Dental Yellow Clear is hard PMMA-like resin, made of biocompatible raw materials, the same used in UV-cured dental fillings.
It has high hardness (92 Shore D) , high tensile strength and stability to mechanical stress.
We recommend to use it for surgical guides and master-model printing. Low odor and absence of harmful monomers allows to print in laboratory without need for special equipment.
Product without european certification, to be used only for models.
COMPATIBLE WITH MAIN DLP/LCD 3D PRINTERS

Advantages
HEAT RESISTANT
Models have long-term stability at 100°C making it possible to cast in both cold and hot silicone moulds.
ODORLESS
Resins are odorless and cause no irritation, so you can work with natural ventilation.
LOW SHRINKAGE
Shrinkage less than 0.5% gives you the same size of the 3D model on your computer
BIOCOMPATIBLE
Produced from biocompatible raw material used in photopolymer teeth fillings. Meets the standards ISO 10993.
STABLE
Resin is very stable. You can leave it for long time in the vat, no sedimentation and gel formation occur - no need to mix.
DURABLE
Very high hardness and tensile strength.
Finishing Instructions
Agitate in a vat with TEK1960* solvent for 1-2 minutes to remove excess resin.
Do not soak in acetone. Do not leave the 3D part soaking in the liquid. Use a soft brush if necessary.
Clean off any excess of liquid with a cold blowdryer or compressed air.
Leave under the sun or in a UV lamp to cure. The resin is fully cured when fingernails do not leave scratch marks on the object.
Even after full post cure some parts may still have a sticky surface. You can treat your print with Ta-Tack Away. A quick wash in this special formula will add a stick-free coating on the printed part.Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
*We do not recommend the use of denatured or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). It is very aggressive on the polymerized resin and it could weaken the structure of the 3D part. It is also flammable and potentially harmful to people and the environment.
Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
