Advantages
UNIQUE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
Very high hardness, tensile strength, abrasion and scratch resistance due to ceramic fillers.
ODORLESS
Resins are odorless and cause no irritation, so you can work with natural ventilation without specialequipment.
STABLE COLOR
Depending on postcuring A1 or A2 color is achievable. It is stable for long time even in contact with aggressive agents.
BIO-COMPATIBLE
Produced from bio-compatible raw material used in photopolymer teeth fillings. Meets standards ISO 10993.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Resin is stable to solvents, aggressive inorganic agents like acid and alkalis.
DURABLE
Pigments and fillers are well stabilized, no sedimentation and flocculation occur, no foam appears.
Correct post-processing process for temporaries
To remove excess resin, wash the 3D printed part in an ultrasonic bath with the TEK1960 * solvent cleaner for 2 cycles of 2-3 minutes.
Do not soak in acetone. Do not leave the 3D part soaking in the liquid. Use a soft brush if necessary.
Dry with compressed air.
Heat for 10-20 min in oven at 60 * C
Perform post-curing in a oven with turntable and 36-48 W UV LED lamps for 30-60 minutes
Polish and apply protective varnish (eg Optiglaze)
*We do not recommend the use of denatured or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). It is very aggressive on the polymerized resin and it could weaken the structure of the 3D part. It is also flammable and potentially harmful to people and the environment.
Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
